Tillfälligheten/The coincidence
”Tillfälligheten” är en artist-book gjord 2018 av Ewa Berg.

Den handlar om den lek jag ofta befinner mig i där jag leker med slumpens och det tillfälliga i både bild och ord. Jag gillar att leka med ord och meningar som tillsammans visar på en poetisk koppling till vardagen och livet.

Allt är screentryckt. Uppslag och sidor är slumpvist utvalda samt kombinerade med meningar som ”jag kommer från en lek”, ”där vägdes tiden”, ”dölja det svarta”, ”som jag längtade dit”.

"Tillfälligheten/ The Coincidence" is an artist book made in 2018 by Ewa Berg.

She writes: It is about the play I often find myself in, where I play with the randomness and the temporary in both image and words. I like to play with words and sentences that together show a poetic connection to everyday life.

Everything is screen printed. Spreads and pages are randomly selected and combined with sentences such as "I come from a play", "where the time was weighed", "hide the black", "that I longed for".
